The Range Usage clause defines the permitted use of a specified range, such as land, facilities, or equipment, by a party under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the conditions, timeframes, and purposes for which the range can be accessed, such as for training, testing, or recreational activities, and may set limitations on the types of activities allowed or require compliance with safety protocols.
