Range Time. The City shall compensate officers for actual off-duty time spent at range practice scheduled by the City by paid overtime, at time and one-half; provided, however, that officers receive a minimum of 2 hours pay at time and one-half.
Range Time. Officers assigned to firearms qualification at a time other than during their tour of duty will be assured two hours of overtime.
Range Time. Employees shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours at time and one-half for firearms training (range time) when directed to perform such training outside the scheduled workday.
Range Time a) The Company will provide to interested employees the opportunity to participate in voluntary range practice under the direct control of a Company trained and approved Range Safety Officer (RSO) or G4S National Instructor 3 times (3x) a year for two (2) hours a session for a maximum of 6 hours at straight time.

The Employer will establish and identify the shooting proficiency standards which must be met on a regular and on-going basis by employees required to possess the shooting proficiency qualifications to satisfy job requirements. Street ammunition shall be replaced with new ammunition as required or no later than every five (5) years for all route employees. Property Of All tools, equipment and weapons required by employees to property perform the functions of their job shall be furnished by the Employer and shall remain the property of the Employer at all times.

Employees who are ordered to report to work during their off-duty hours for the purpose of participation in shooting proficiency training at the shooting range and who do so at the specified time shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the straight-time rate of pay.

Additionally, the Company shall provide interested employees with up to a maximum of five hundred (500) rounds of ammunition per year for voluntary range practice provided employees shall return empty shells and produce evidence of practice on a range approved by the Company. Scheduled range time is considered time worked and will be scheduled in conjunction with the sign-up.
