Ill or Injured Employees. Any employee suffering any injury or employment-induced illness while on duty must report same to the Supervisor stating the illness or injury and if the employee wishes to go home or to a doctor due to such illness or injury, permission to do so will be granted by the Supervisor and an appropriate record shall be kept. No person shall refuse the right of any employee to go home or to a doctor in case of such illness or injury.

Ill or Injured Employees. Any employee suffering any injury or employment-induced illness while on duty must report immediately to the Supervisor stating the illness or injury and if the employee wishes to go to a doctor due to such illness or injury, permission to do so will be granted by the Supervisor and an appropriate record shall be kept. No person shall refuse the right of any employee to seek medical attention from a doctor in case of such illness or injury. An employee who is injured during their working hours and who is required to leave for treatment or is sent home as result of such injury shall receive payment for the remainder of their shift at his/her regular rate of pay.

To the Company's knowledge, no employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, nor any consultant with whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has contracted, is in violation of any term of any employment contract, proprietary information agreement or any other agreement relating to the right of any such individual to be employed by, or to contract with, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries because of the nature of the business to be conducted by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; and to the Company's knowledge the continued employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries of its present employees, and the performance of the Company's and its Subsidiaries' contracts with its independent contractors, will not result in any such violation. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries is aware that any of its employees is obligated under any contract (including licenses, covenants or commitments of any nature) or other agreement, or subject to any judgment, decree or order of any court or administrative agency, that would interfere with their duties to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any notice alleging that any such violation has occurred. Except for employees who have a current effective employment agreement with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, no employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has been granted the right to continued employment by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or to any material compensation following termination of employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.14, the Company is not aware that any officer, key employee or group of employees intends to terminate his, her or their employment with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, nor does the Company or any of its Subsidiaries have a present intention to terminate the employment of any officer, key employee or group of employees.

  • Other Employees Except as may be required in the performance of Employee’s duties hereunder, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person now or hereafter employed by the Company or any of its affiliates to terminate such employment. This obligation shall remain in effect while Employee is employed by the Company and for a period of one (1) year thereafter.

  • Leased Employees If a Leased Employee is a Participant in the Plan and also participates in a plan maintained by the leasing organization: (Choose (a) or (b))

  • Relief Employees Relief or part-time employees shall be paid the same hourly rate as full-time employees in the same occupational classification.

  • Key Employees The Adviser is not aware that (i) any of its executives, key employees or significant group of employees plans to terminate employment with the Adviser or (ii) any such executive or key employee is subject to any noncompete, nondisclosure, confidentiality, employment, consulting or similar agreement that would be violated by either the Adviser’s present or proposed business activities, except, in each case, as would not reasonably be expected, individually or in the aggregate, to have an Adviser Material Adverse Effect.

  • Retired Employees A. Employees who retire under the Florida Retirement System shall be eligible, upon request, to receive on the same basis as other employees the following benefits at the University, subject to University Regulations and policies:

  • Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article.
