Range Modernization Clause Samples

The Range Modernization clause establishes the requirements and procedures for updating or upgrading a facility, system, or equipment to meet current standards or operational needs. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of modernization activities, the responsibilities of each party, and any timelines or approvals necessary for implementing changes. For example, it may specify how new technologies are to be integrated or how disruptions to ongoing operations will be minimized during the modernization process. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the range remains functional, safe, and up-to-date, while clearly defining the process for making improvements and managing associated risks.
