RADIO INTERFERENCE. The Sublessee shall not install or use any radio transmitting equipment or other device or cause any electrical or electronic disturbance that may cause interference with the radio communication system or other radio equipment at the Airport or with air navigational or flight equipment on the Airport or on aircraft using the Airport, without the prior written approval of the Airport Manager. The Sublessee agrees to stop using any machine or device that interferes with any government operated transmitter, receiver, or navigation aid until the cause of the interference is eliminated.
RADIO INTERFERENCE. At the State's request, the Concessionaire will discontinue the use of any machine or device that interferes with any government-operated transmitter, receiver, or navigation aid until the cause of the interference is eliminated.
