Common use of RAC CONSORTIUM Clause in Contracts

RAC CONSORTIUM. TENANT together with the on-airport rental car companies shall establish a RAC consortium (“RAC Consortium”). The RAC Consortium must meet quarterly with meeting minutes supplied to JWA within 30 days of the meeting. If the RAC Consortium fails to complete the work identified in item i below or is unable to form a RAC Consortium to timely complete the work by the date established by Airport Director, the COUNTY may then make the necessary improvements, including but not limited to the cost of labor, materials and equipment and charge the TENANT its prorata share of costs.
