(r). A summation of-Iocal'districts staff and administrative ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ to the ..Teacher's performance may be prepared by Administration and discussed with the Teacher. A written response may be made by the Teacher if desired and attached. Copies shall be provided to the Teacher and placed in the Teacher's personnel file. Part of the summation shall include a statement of satisfactory performance, unsatisfactory performance, or performance needing improvement.
