(r). Section 6.02(r) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the text "$5,000,000" in such Section with the text "$15,000,000".

A written response may be made by the Teacher if desired and attached. Copies shall be provided to the Teacher and placed in the Teacher's personnel file. (r). The Parties acknowledge and agree that a single asset may fall within more than one of clauses (a) through (s) in this Section 2.4; such fact does not imply that (i) such asset shall be transferred more than once or (ii) any duplication of such asset is required.
