Common use of Quote Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Quote Acceptance. Within thirty (30) days of the receipt by Integra of the USWC quotation, Integra will accept the USWC proposed quotation. Acceptance shall require payment to USWC of fifty percent of the non- recurring charges provided on the quotation.
