Common use of Quorum at Adjourned Meeting Clause in Contracts

Quorum at Adjourned Meeting. At the adjourned meeting, two Warrantholders present in person or by proxy shall form a quorum and may transact any business for which the meeting was originally convened, and a motion proposed at such adjourned meeting and passed by the requisite vote as provided in Subsection 7.6(s) hereof shall be an Extraordinary Resolution within the meaning of this Agreement.
