Common use of Quick Start Clause in Contracts

Quick Start. WLP and SITA shall establish an appropriate installation interval for the Service Component (i.e., the Committed Delivery Date). In the event that SITA fails to meet the Committed Delivery Date (i.e., there is a Delay), and upon request by WLP, SITA shall install a “Quick Start” connection (i.e. a dial solution) where available within five (5) Business Days, at SITA’s expense.
