Queue Position. The Cooperative shall assign a Queue Position based upon the order of submission of the Interconnection Request. The Queue Position of each Interconnection Request will be used to determine the cost responsibility for the Upgrades necessary to accommodate the interconnection. At the Cooperative’s option, Interconnection Requests may be studied serially or in clusters for the purpose of the System Impact Study, should one be required. (See Section 4.4)
