The Assignment of Queue Position clause governs the transfer or reassignment of a party's place in a queue, typically for services, resources, or contractual rights. Assignment of Queue Position. Transmission Provider shall assign a Queue Position as follows: the Queue Position within the queue shall be assigned based upon the date and time of receipt of all items required pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.4. Except as provided in Section 4.2.4, for the purpose of a Cluster Study, all requests submitted within the same Cluster Request Window and to be studied in a single Cluster shall be assigned the same Queue Position and the Queue Position of individual Interconnection Requests shall have no bearing on the allocation of system upgrade costs within their Cluster.
