Quest Diagnostics as Initial Servicer. The servicing, administering and collection of the Receivables shall be conducted by the Person designated as Servicer hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 8.1. Until both of the Co-Agents give to Quest Diagnostics a Successor Notice (as defined in Section 8.1(b)), Quest Diagnostics is hereby designated as, and hereby agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof.
