Quarterly Program Reports. The Commission shall submit to the Regional Administrator quarterly non-compliance reports as specified in 40 CFR §144.8(a). Quarterly reports will be submitted in accordance with the following schedule (or as otherwise specified in the Commission’s FY UIC workplan): • October, November, December due January 30 • January, February, March due April 30 • April, May, June due July 30 • July, August, September due October 30
