Quantum Inspection Sample Clauses

Quantum Inspection. All Products, Unique Customer Configured Products and Spare Parts ordered by Quantum under this Agreement shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by Quantum at its destination in accordance with incoming inspection test procedures agreed to by MKE. All Products, Unique Customer Configured Products and Spare Parts shipped, under this Agreement will comply one hundred percent (100%) to the Product Specifications.
