Common use of QUANTITY VARIATION Clause in Contracts

QUANTITY VARIATION. 33.1 Where nature of items is such that the items cannot be supplied in exact quantity of the Purchase Order as in case of cables/ steel/ chemicals etc., quantity tolerance up to ± 5% may be allowed. For such tolerance, separate amendment to Purchase Order would not be necessary. 33.2 The Purchaser reserves the right to delete the requirement of any one or more items of Tender Document without assigning any reason.
