Quantity Delivered. The Quantity Delivered shall be calculated in accordance with the formula given in the LNG Custody Transfer published by the GIIGNL, third edition 2010, page six (6) clause 2. 1. For the purpose of this calculation the quantity of energy is expressed in MMBtus, rounded to two (2) decimal places.
