Common use of Quality Specification Clause in Contracts

Quality Specification. All Articles and/or Services under the Contract shall be supplied/maintained in accordance with the Part Number, Long Item Description, current agreed Equipment Build Standard, and the Statement of Work detailed at Schedule 5.

The Contractor shall immediately inform the Authority of any changes to their Quality Registration/ISO Accreditation, or the scope of activity of the same, that occur during the Contract Period (See L9 – Key Performance Indicators).
