Common use of Quality Management System Clause in Contracts

Quality Management System. a. The supplier shall implement and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) which shall address all products and services covered by this contract. The subcontractor shall document the QMS and its implementation in a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and shall prepare the QAP so that it complies with or is equivalent to the quality requirements specified in ISO 9001:2000.
