Common use of Quality Defect Clause in Contracts

Quality Defect. If the Recipient notices that the Products delivered do not meet the quality requirements stipulated in the Confirmation or required by law, he shall indicate this to the carrier and record this and the description of the defect on the delivery note or in a report. If, due to the defect, the Recipient does not accept the defective Products or only accepts these in part, the carrier shall return the Products not accepted to the station of departure.
