Quality Control Representative. The Company will appoint a representative to be contacted with regard to billing problems and complaints. This representative is to be identified in Appendix D. The Company will provide a point of contact senior to the quality control representative that senior management within the DTMO could communicate with on matters involving high level concerns.
Quality Control Representative. Contractor will provide an authorized Quality Control Representative anytime a modification is required. This representative will assist L-3/IS with appropriate log book entry functions, and if modifications are considered Required Inspections Items (RII), the representative must be RII certified.
