Aeromedical Services. The Company will provide an aeromedical service to pilots on the Allegiant Air seniority list. This service is available to address matters relating to an airman's medical certificate. All medical consultation will be confidential and known only to the pilot and the aeromedical service unless expressly permitted otherwise by the Pilot. Aeromedical Services. The Provider is permitted to contract with third parties seeking clinical, aviation or aeromedical services, or training, ground support, administration, logistics and consulting services, all on an ad hoc commercial basis, through the use of Provider Aircraft, crew and/or other equipment or resources used to provide the Services under this Agreement (Third Party Work), subject to and in accordance with the following conditions:
Aeromedical Services. The Government may request during the contract performance period the use of a B-767 aircraft capable of accepting the Aeromedical Evacuation Ship Set (AESS) in order to conduct testing and training.
