Common use of Quality and Performance Clause in Contracts

Quality and Performance. The Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance procedure and provide any feedback or other form of reporting in connection with the Services that is reasonably requested by ONR from time to time. The Contractor shall meet with representatives of ONR upon request to discuss matters relating to the Services and to review the quality of the Services and Deliverables provided. ONR reserves the right to reject or require re-performance (at no additional cost to the ONR) of any Services which are defective or which are otherwise not in accordance with the requirements of this Contract. If at any time within 12 months following the date of provision of any aspect of the Services, any such Services (or any part thereof) is found to be defective or otherwise not in accordance with the requirements of this Contract, the Contractor shall promptly on request and without charge, remedy the deficiency by re-performing, or (where applicable) repairing, or supplying replacements for, the relevant Services.
