Qualified Defined Clause Samples
Qualified Defined. Qualified shall mean that a teacher has taught in the subject area and possesses minor certification in the subject area (as defined by North Central). (Also in Article XVII).
Qualified Defined. Qualified shall mean that itinerant staff has the appropriate certification in the vacancy posted.
Qualified Defined. Qualified shall mean that ancillary staff has the appropriate certification in the vacancy posted.
Qualified Defined. When ancillary staff employees are released, it shall be on a least qualified seniority basis. Ancillary staff reinstated will be on the highest qualified seniority basis.
Qualified Defined. A qualified employee is eligible by experience and training to fulfill the requirements of a specific position as determined by the Director or his designee.
