Common use of Qualifications of Trainer Clause in Contracts

Qualifications of Trainer. Persons providing the training shall be knowledgeable about the subject area of the training, including applicable Federal health care program and FDA requirements. The training and education required under this Section III.C may be provided by supervisory employees, knowledgeable staff, Forest trainers, and/or outside consultant trainers selected by Forest, or may be satisfied by relevant continuing education programs provided they cover the topics outlined above in Section III.C.2.
