• QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS BID PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS: - In an effort to help promote social distancing measures during the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, electronic submissions will be accepted by the County. - Firms are strongly encouraged to submit responses electronically. Firms will not be permitted to fax or email offers. To maintain a secured sealed process electronic submissions may be made through the Negometrix platform only at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/buyer/691 - If submitting via mail or hand delivery, Bidders must submit one (1) original, two (2) copies and one (1) electronic copy on USB drive. Electronic copy shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe – the most recent software version. - All responses and copies are to be submitted on 8 ½ x 11 inch paper, bound individually and tabbed as applicable. - If your response contains any information deemed confidential, in accordance with Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, provide an additional USB drive with a redacted version of your response labeled REDACTED. Electronic copy shall be in Microsoft Word or Adobe – the most recent software version. This bid will be awarded to a responsible, responsive bidder, qualified by experience to provide the work specified. Failure to submit the below requested information may be cause for rejection of your bid. The determination on whether a bidder is responsible or not shall be at the sole discretion of the County. Although the County may request the submission of a minimum number of contracts similar to the requirements of this solicitation with certain minimum dimensions, quantities, dollar values, etc., the County’s determination of a bidder’s responsibility shall not be solely based on the number of similar procurements the bidder provides but the entirety of the bidder’s qualifications. The Bidder shall submit the following information with the bid. It is recommended to use the list below as a checklist for your bid submittal:

• Required Qualifications for Surety The Contract provides that the surety and insurance companies must be acceptable to the Owner. Only those sureties listed in the Department of Treasury’s Listing of Approved Sureties (Department Circular 570) are acceptable to the Owner. All bonds at the time of issuance must be issued by a company authorized by the Insurance Commissioner to transact the business of suretyship in the State of Georgia, and shall have a Best Policyholders Rating of "A-" or better and with a financial size rating of Class V or larger.

• Faculty Appointments 5.4.1 On successful completion of the probationary period (unless 6.4 applies), a faculty employee shall be offered a faculty appointment. A faculty appointment means that the appointment shall be continued unless there are exceptional circumstances as specified in 8.4.1 or 6.4.

• Regular Appointment The authorized appointment of an individual to a position covered by Civil Service.

• Initial Appointment Upon initial appointment, a bargaining unit employee shall be issued a letter of offer, signed by the xxxx/director, citing specific terms and conditions of employment and his or her initial assignment of responsibilities. The University may enclose informational addenda, except that such addenda may not abridge the employee's rights or benefits provided in the BOT-UFF Agreement or BOT- UFF Policies. All academic year appointments for employees at a University shall begin on the same date. Two weeks prior to the beginning of classes each semester, the University shall send to the UFF Chapter a list of bargaining unit employees hired since the beginning of the previous semester, showing name; rank or title; department, college, program or employment unit; salary; and principal place of employment (campus). The initial letter of offer shall contain the following elements:

• Initial Appointments The Company appoints the Trustee as the initial Paying Agent, the initial Registrar and the initial Conversion Agent.

• SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term and in consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).

• SECTION 2 - APPOINTMENT 2.1 Employee is appointed as a technical officer currently assigned as the Executive Assistant effective August 4, 2020, on the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.

• Committee Appointments Members of the transfer screening committee and transfer interview committee shall be taken from the general hiring committee. The hiring committee will determine the appointments to the transfer screening and interview committees under conditions in Sections 5.3.2.1 and 5.3.2.2.

• Appointment of Officers The Trust may have one or more Officers who are hereby empowered to take and are responsible for performing all ministerial duties on behalf of the Trust pursuant to this Agreement and the other Operative Agreements, including, without limitation, the execution of the Officers’ Certificate (as defined in the Indenture), the Trust Order (as defined in the Indenture), the Trust Request (as defined in the Indenture), the annual compliance report required under Section 3.09 of the Indenture, and any annual reports, documents and other reports which the Trust is required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Each of the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, each Senior Vice President and each Vice President of the Depositor is hereby appointed as an Officer of the Trust. The Depositor shall promptly deliver to the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee a list of its officers who shall become the Officers of the Trust pursuant to this Section 11.01.
