Qualification Samples Sample Clauses
The Qualification Samples clause establishes the requirement for a party, typically a supplier, to provide sample products or materials for evaluation before full-scale production or delivery. These samples are reviewed and tested by the receiving party to ensure they meet agreed-upon specifications, quality standards, or performance criteria. By mandating the submission and approval of qualification samples, this clause helps prevent issues with non-conforming goods and ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of product expectations before proceeding with larger commitments.
Qualification Samples. LICENSEE will provide a reasonable number but no more than twenty (20) working samples of each (base model) qualified product to HP. All samples will be provided free of charge.

Qualification Samples. MSSLO will supply qualification samples to 3Com upon request. 3Com shall provide written notification to MSSLO of the results of qualification testing of each Product.
