Common use of Qualification Requirement Clause in Contracts

Qualification Requirement. The transfer of any Packages between ChipPAC facilities shall be subject to a complete qualification of the packaging and/or test process as provided in the purchase specifications to the Letter Agreement. No qualification shall be considered complete until, where required, Intersil’s customer qualification is complete and customer approval received.
