Without limiting Section 12.4, Purchaser is qualified under applicable Laws to hold Leases, Rights of Way, and other rights included in the Assets which are issued by any applicable Governmental Authority. Subject to the accuracy of Seller’s representations and warranties in Section 4.18, and without limitation of Section 12.4, Purchaser has posted such Credit Support, and provided such evidence of such Credit Support, in accordance with Section 12.4.
