Qasara Assignment Agreement. Seller shall have executed and delivered an assignment agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit K (the “Qasara Assignment Agreement”), which shall include such information as required for the assignment and transfer of the Qasara License Rights to Purchaser and/or its designated Affiliates.
