Převod. (a) Any assignment of this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder by: (i) The Institution to a third party shall require the prior written consent of the CRO and the Sponsor; and (ii) The CRO to any third party other than the Sponsor shall require the prior written consent of the Sponsor, but shall not require the approval of the Institution. (b) The Institution and the CRO hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor may assign to itself or a third party responsibility for any or all of the CRO’s rights and obligations hereunder by written notice to the Institution and the CRO. V přiměřené lhůtě po takovém převodu uvědomí společnost MedImmune Zdravotnické zařízení o této transakci písemně. A dále (ii) CRO může převést svá práva a povinnosti podle této smlouvy na společnost MedImmune. Po převodu práv a povinností CRO na MedImmune bude CRO zbaven všech dalších práv a povinností plynoucích z podmínek této smlouvy.

  • Cell Phone Employee shall be provided with a cell phone, with e-mail capabilities, at Board expense. As a condition of receipt of said cell phone, employee is expected to be reachable as necessary and appropriate by the Superintendent and Board President for the thorough and efficient operation of the School District.
