Third-party beneficiary clause 1. The data subject can enforce against the data exporter this Clause, Clause 4(b) to (i), Clause 5(a) to (e), and (g) to (j), Clause 6(1) and (2), Clause 7, Clause 8(2), and Clauses 9 to 12 as third-party beneficiary.
Disclaimer of Third Party Beneficiaries This Agreement is made for the sole benefit of the Parties of this Agreement and their respective successors and assigns, and is not intended to and will not benefit any third party. No third party will have any rights under this Agreement, because of this Agreement or any right to enforce any provisions of this Agreement.

The rights, duties and obligations contained in this Contract shall operate only between the parties to this Contract, and shall inure solely to the benefit of the parties to this Contract. The provisions of this Contract are intended only to assist the parties in determining and performing their obligations under this Contract. The parties to this Contract intend and expressly agree that only parties signatory to this Contract shall have any legal or equitable right to seek to enforce this Contract, to seek any remedy arising out of a party's performance or failure to perform any term or condition of this contract, or to bring an action for the breach of this Contract.
No Third Party Benefit This Agreement is solely for the benefit of the parties hereto and their permitted successors and assigns. No other person or entity shall have any rights under, or because of the existence of, this Agreement.
