Pursuant to the Employee. Commute Benefit Program, eligible employees shall be allowed to use pre-tax dollars ("Pre-Tax Payroll Deduction Program") to pay for transit service beyond those provided by VTA. Commute Benefit Program, eligible employees shall be allowed to use pre-tax dollars ("Pre-Tax Payroll Deduction Program") to pay for transit service beyond those provided by VTA.
