Common use of Purpose of Trust Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Trust. For the purposes of offering individual health care insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance to members of the bargaining unit, the Employer shall become and remain a participating employer in the Trust during the complete life of this Agreement, and any extension thereof.
