Purpose; Data Modification; Data Collection. Customer understands that Seeker is software that conducts certain tests by (i) gathering data and information from the environments, websites, software products, databases, and servers in which it operates and potentially saving such data and information in the database of Seeker, and (ii) potentially changing, deleting, or otherwise altering such data and information. Customer further understands that Seeker is designed to be used solely as part of a development and test environments, which are not production environments.
