PURPOSE AND PROGRAM. 2.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to enable ESD to provide the Move 60! program for the benefit of PHD2 residents. 2.2 The “Move 60!” program is a physical fitness and health program designed to expose students to activities that promote positive health behaviors including increasing physical activity and reducing childhood obesity. On March 23, 2020, Gov. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ issued a “Stay Home – Stay Healthy” Order in an effort to minimize COVID-19 exposure. On May 31, the Stay Home - Stay Healthy order transitioned to a county-by-county phased re- opening plan entitled Safe Start - Stay Healthy. With rising rates of COVID-19 infections, on July 28, 2020 Gov. Inslee put an indefinite pause on counties moving ahead in the Safe Start Washington plan. The Program was established to respond to the physical fitness and health needs of ESD students and as a result of the proclamation/s, the Program will be delivered virtually to ensure safety for students and staff.
