Purchasing Power. Purchasing Power is a mechanism that dictates the total value of Transactions that you can enter into and may apply differently to each Account or uniformly across all Accounts. The level of Purchasing Power is calculated by the Company at its sole discretion and in accordance with such methodology as it may from time to time implement. For example, the methodology may take into account, amongst other things, the value of Investment Products, cash, collateral, margin and other assets in the Accounts or otherwise held by the Company or other third party for the benefit of the Client. The level of Purchasing Power as calculated by the Company is final, conclusive and binding on the Client. The Company makes no representations or warranties that the Purchasing Power displayed is accurate, timely or complete. The Client agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any losses or damages suffered by the Client as a result of its use or reliance on the indicated Purchasing Power.
