Common use of Purchaser’s Compliance and Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Compliance and Deliverables. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendor at the Closing all the documents contemplated in Section 4.3 and elsewhere in this Agreement.

Purchaser’s Compliance and Deliverables. The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time Time, and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendor at the Closing all the documents deliveries contemplated in by Section 4.3 and elsewhere in this Agreement3.4.

The Purchaser shall have performed and complied with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time in all material respects and shall have executed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendor at the Closing all the documents contemplated in Section 4.3 5.3 and elsewhere in this Agreement.

The Purchaser shall have performed and complied in all material respects with all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement on its part to be performed or complied with at or before the Closing Time and Closing, excluding the Purchaser’s obligations in Article 2, which the Purchaser shall have executed performed and delivered or caused to have been executed and delivered to the Vendor at the Closing complied with in all the documents contemplated in Section 4.3 and elsewhere in this Agreementrespects.
