Common use of Purchaser Property Clause in Contracts

Purchaser Property. All drawings, specifications, artwork, data, material supplies, equipment, tooling, dies, molds, fixtures and patterns furnished or paid for by Purchaser, or which have had their cost amortized shall be Purchaser’s exclusive property, and shall be used by Supplier only in performance of this Contract. Such property, while in Supplier’s custody and control, shall be held at Supplier’s sole risk.
