Common use of Purchase Limits Clause in Contracts

Purchase Limits. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, the Purchasers severally agree to consider the purchase from time to time from the Seller (without any obligation or commitment to do so), without recourse (except as expressly provided herein) of ownership interests in the Scheduled Receivables and the related Specified Assets in an amount not to exceed at any time outstanding the amount of the Purchase Limit and, in respect of each Eligible Obligor, an amount not to exceed at any time outstanding the respective Obligor Limits. The Purchase Limit shall be reduced to zero and cancelled on the Facility Termination Date. The Seller may reduce the Purchase Limits on any Purchase Date on 30 Business Days' prior written notice to the Purchasers, subject in any case to the limitations imposed by the Fee Letter.
