Common use of Purchase Fee Clause in Contracts

Purchase Fee. Each Seller shall pay a Purchase Fee to the Bank in relation to each Purchased Receivable purchased by the Bank from that Seller. On each Settlement Date, each Seller shall pay any Purchase Fees which are accrued but unpaid on that Settlement Date.
