Common use of Purchase at Fair Market Value Clause in Contracts

Purchase at Fair Market Value. Each Triggering Event will give ----------------------------- rise to the Right entitling Holder to buy all the Offered Parcels and Related Property owned by Owner (i) at a price equal to their fair market value, as agreed to by Owner and Holder or, failing their agreement, as determined in accordance with Section 6, and (ii) on any other applicable terms contained in any agreement to enter into the Triggering Event.
