Purchase and Sale of Rights to RPS Attributes. Section 2.01. On the terms and subject to the conditions and provisions of this Agreement, Seller agrees to sell, assign, convey and deliver to NYSERDA, and NYSERDA agrees to purchase from the Seller, all right, title and interest in the RPS Attributes associated with the Quantity Obligation of the Bid Facility during each month of the Contract Delivery Term.
