Common use of Pupils Clause in Contracts

Pupils. Section 3.1 - Discipline Teachers shall exercise such discipline as might be exercised by a kind, firm, and judicious parent, avoiding carefully all display of temper, abstaining from all contemptuous language and from ridicule, and from all modes of punishment calculated to injure the self-respect of the pupil. In this respect, teachers are enjoined to avoid strictly any uncomplimentary reference, however indirect, to the home of the pupil or to any member of the pupil's family.
