Noticeboard Facilities. In order to effectively communicate matters relevant to employees regarding issues which may affect the relationship between the employees and the Company, the Company shall supply and erect a noticeboard in the works upon which employee representatives nominated by the employees shall be permitted to post formal notices signed off or countersigned by the employee representative nominated by the employees posting such notice. Any notice posted on such board not so signed or countersigned may be removed by the employee representative nominated by the employees or by the Company.
