PUBLISHING SUPPORT SERVICES. As of the Effective Date, in consideration of the Service Fees described in Section 5.1 below, InfoBeat will provide to Sony and, at Sony's request, to any other Sony Parties the Publishing Support Services described in EXHIBIT A, including the elements listed below. (a) E-Mail Distribution and Database Management.
