Systems Maintenance. InfoBeat shall provide systems maintenance activities relating to the Publishing Support Services as described in EXHIBIT A.
Systems Maintenance. 4.1 Interactive may require maintenance windows to perform routine system maintenance in accordance with Interactive’s Change Management policy.
4.2 Subject to item 4.3, Interactive will apply software updates for in scope hardware and software determined by Interactive to be critical as they are made available to Interactive by the vendor during maintenance windows agreed with the Customer.
4.3 Interactive is not liable for any risk associated with a patch or the vulnerabilities the patch intends to fix if the Customer and Interactive have not agreed to a patch window within 30 days of Interactive notifying the Customer about the patch. The Customer shall provide personnel for testing during the patch window as required to test the environment (including applications) after the patch is deployed. Interactive only applies patches made available by vendors and Interactive cannot guarantee the patches will address vulnerabilities or be free from defects.
Systems Maintenance. MGEN shall update Systems in order to meet changing information requirements, including, changing data formats, fixing bugs, adapting Software to interface with new hardware devices where feasible, and performing required file maintenance.
Systems Maintenance. After the date hereof, each of the Beneficiaries shall maintain in effect adequate systems and controls to the extent necessary to enable them to satisfy their respective reporting, accounting, audit and other obligations.

Systems Maintenance. The County shall:
a) Maintain child care provider records in the CSAW/WISCCRS system, including but not limited to: Entering child care provider regular and part time rates. Updating direct deposit information for electronic fund transfers (EFTs). Maintaining accurate W-9 information for out-of-state providers. Maintaining provider records in the WISCCRS.
b) Approve or deny CCPI security access for providers.
c) Route appropriate approvals for worker access to the state’s automated systems, and timely eliminate access to the state’s automated systems when workers leave employment or no longer require access.
Systems Maintenance. In addition to, and not by way of limitation of, the terms and conditions of Article 7 of this Lease, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense and throughout the term of this Lease, shall maintain and keep in good order and condition:
(i) the duct work, ventilating and ozonating systems and equipment in or servicing the Premises, including all additions and replacements thereto, in good and efficient condition and in proper state of repair.
(ii) all flues, ducts, exhaust fans (including a rooftop exhaust fan) or other similar exhaust devices, and Tenant shall cause all flues, ducts and exhaust fans which service the Premises to be repaired, maintained, and cleaned by a licensed maintenance contractor, and kept reasonably clear of all dirt, dust and grease at least once every calendar quarter, and more frequently if necessary. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, make all necessary repairs, changes and replacements in and to the said flues, exhaust fan and ventilating system, and keep and maintain the same in good order and condition and in compliance with (a) applicable Legal Requirements and (b) all directions of any public officer or officers pursuant to such Legal Requirement.
Systems Maintenance. All System maintenance services performed by Inspire for Customer will be subject to a separate Professional Services Agreement ("PSA") between INSpire and Customer to be executed concurrently with this Agreement.
Systems Maintenance. As part of the Base Services, SAVVIS shall provide Systems (both Equipment and SAVVIS Software) maintenance and support services, including upgrades and replacement for the Equipment and SAVVIS Software, in order to perform the Base Services in accordance with the Service Levels as defined herein and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as such maintenance services are further described in the SOW. For avoidance of doubt, it is understood that SAVVIS Software does not include applications provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ or a ▇▇▇▇▇ Agent. SAVVIS shall not install or use any such upgrade or replacement without first notifying ▇▇▇▇▇ and obtaining ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ written consent. Upon receipt of ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ consent, SAVVIS shall provide the replacement or upgraded Equipment or Software as specified in SAVVIS’ notice and shall be responsible, at its own expense, for any further upgrades or modifications to the Equipment and/or SAVVIS Software which are necessary as a result of SAVVIS’ use of replacement or upgraded Equipment or SAVVIS Software. Upon ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ request and as part of the Base Services, SAVVIS shall be responsible for configuring, installing, testing, implementing and maintaining (including warranty services) all such replacements, upgrades and modifications to the Equipment and SAVVIS Software.
