The "Publishing reports" clause governs the conditions under which reports generated under an agreement may be published or made publicly available. Typically, this clause outlines who has the right to publish the reports, any required approvals or reviews before publication, and any restrictions on the content or timing of publication. For example, it may require that confidential information be redacted or that the other party be given advance notice before publication. Publishing reports. In accordance with the Department for Communities and Local Government Policy: ‘Making local councils more transparent and accountable to local people’ monitoring reports detailing the achieved targets and outcomes for each quarter will be published on the Council’s website after each monitoring meeting.
Publishing reports. The Provider will be prohibited from publishing or releasing any information related to the requested services without the prior written permission of CCPS. All reports and other documents resulting from this agreement contract will remain the sole property of CCPS.
