Publishing reports Clause Samples

The "Publishing reports" clause governs the conditions under which reports generated under an agreement may be published or made publicly available. Typically, this clause outlines who has the right to publish the reports, any required approvals or reviews before publication, and any restrictions on the content or timing of publication. For example, it may require that confidential information be redacted or that the other party be given advance notice before publication.
