Publicize Clause Samples
The Publicize clause governs the parties' rights and obligations regarding the announcement or disclosure of their relationship or the terms of their agreement to third parties or the public. Typically, this clause specifies whether either party can issue press releases, use the other party's name or logo in marketing materials, or otherwise publicize the existence or details of the agreement, often requiring prior written consent. Its core function is to protect the confidentiality and reputation of the parties by controlling how and when information about the agreement is shared externally.
